Verify a Prevouched badge

Every verification returns a live status resolved against the current rubric. A badge that was valid last quarter is not valid today unless the record still reads Approved.

• Approved · live

  The agency passed the full five-pillar audit within the last 12 months and has no open QA event above the suspension threshold.

  Safe to treat the badge as current. Proceed with your own contract and diligence.

• Pending · in review

  An application is under active review or a re-vetting is in progress. No public badge has been issued yet.

  A pending record is not an endorsement. Do not accept a pending badge as proof of vetting.

• Suspended · paused

  A QA event or open reference issue has paused the badge. The agency is not currently in good standing pending resolution.

  Ask the agency for a status update in writing and pause new commitments until the badge returns to Approved.

• Revoked · removed

  The badge was withdrawn. The record is retained publicly on the revocation log so old embeds cannot silently pass as valid.

  Do not rely on the badge. Any live embed claiming Prevouched endorsement is out of date or fraudulent.

• Unknown · no record

  No agency in our database has ever been issued this badge ID. The embed may be fabricated or the ID mistyped.

  Confirm the ID with the agency in writing. Treat any Prevouched claim as unverified until it resolves.

The rubric version shown on each verification is the version the agency was scored against at their most recent re-vetting. Prior versions are archived on the rubric page.
