The fine print, up front.
Same principle as the badge itself: everything is in writing, verifiable, and revocable if it stops being true.
- 01Attribution is lifetime — a referral code stays with the agency until they submit an application.
- 02First-touch wins. If an agency applies without a code, no affiliate is attributed retroactively.
- 03Commission accrues while the referred agency is verified and paying. If they are suspended or revoked, commission pauses.
- 04Self-referrals are not permitted. Prevouched staff may void a referral if the applying agency is materially connected to the affiliate.
- 05Payouts are logged and issued manually (PayPal, wire, or bank transfer) every calendar month once the balance clears $100.
- 06Prevouched may pause or terminate the program with 30 days' notice. Earned commission on active referrals is honored through the notice window.
