Three earned states. Not feature bundles.
A team passes vetting before it holds any tier. Tiers move upward as the relationship and the accountability dial deepen. Bands are anchored to what target agencies already spend on sales. Above a Clutch badge, below a sponsored-listing or SDR retainer.
Prevouched only ever invoices the agency. Membership + success fees. We are never a payee on the agency↔client contract and never handle delivery payment.
Pass the rubric, earn the mark. Low-touch and recurring. The entry rung of the ladder.
Apply for vettingAsync accountability + a metered allotment of live calls where the deal is won or saved. Where most revenue should live.
Apply for BackedSenior named contact, tighter SLA, larger call allotment, and an optional prime/SLA contract layer. Offered selectively.

Two products. Different cost curves.
A named US person joining every call doesn't scale and destroys margin. So we split "accountability" along its real cost curve and price each side honestly.
The standing trust signal.
A named US contact who owns the relationship in writing. Reachable by the client by email, with a business-hours SLA. Handles escalations and sends the expectation-setting and milestone-gate comms the buyer feels continuously.
The high-leverage moments.
We show up live only where the deal is won or saved. One covered call = one credit. Allotment per tier; overage available as call packs. Revenue scales with usage, not headcount.

A fee on deals we actually move.
A percentage of first-year contract value. 10–15% when Prevouched sourced and helped close, dropping to 3–5% or a flat fee when the agency sourced the lead but a liaison materially helped close. Sits between the agency-referral norm (5–10%) and closed-lead programs that take 35–40%. Attribution is encoded, not negotiated after the fact.
Prevouched only ever invoices the agency.
Never a payee on the agency–client contract. Never a handler of delivery payment. The buyer pays the agency directly, the agency pays Prevouched. Every billing flow, contract template, and database column in our system is built to keep it that way.
