Commercial model

Three earned states. Not feature bundles.

A team passes vetting before it holds any tier. Tiers move upward as the relationship and the accountability dial deepen. Bands are anchored to what target agencies already spend on sales. Above a Clutch badge, below a sponsored-listing or SDR retainer.

First 5 vetting slots · $50Discounted vetting fee. Then $250. Covers real rubric labor. Filters tire-kickers. Signals rigor.
Who pays whom

Prevouched only ever invoices the agency. Membership + success fees. We are never a payee on the agency↔client contract and never handle delivery payment.

Scope boundary

The US liaison is an accountability contact, not your delivery manager.

The liaison does
  • Owns the buyer relationship in writing, with a business-hours email SLA.
  • Joins pitch, kickoff, escalation/recovery, and milestone-gate calls.
  • Sends expectation-setting and milestone-gate comms so buyers feel covered.
  • Acknowledges escalations in writing and convenes a recovery call within 48 hours.
The liaison does not
  • Run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, or status calls.
  • Hire, fire, or manage your engineers, designers, or PMs.
  • Invoice the client, handle contracts, or become a party to the agency-client deal.
  • Replace your project manager or delivery lead. Delivery stays yours.
Why this matters. A liaison who joined every routine call would destroy margin and blur accountability. By bounding coverage to high-leverage moments, we keep the US presence affordable and keep the agency's delivery ownership intact. That is the entire point of the tier.

How the US contact works

Two products. Different cost curves.

A named US person joining every call doesn't scale and destroys margin. So we split "accountability" along its real cost curve and price each side honestly.

Always-on · async
poolable

The standing trust signal.

A named US contact who owns the relationship in writing. Reachable by the client by email, with a business-hours SLA. Handles escalations and sends the expectation-setting and milestone-gate comms the buyer feels continuously.

Cost is low and poolable. One liaison carries a book of accounts because async load is bursty and thin. Included in Backed and Managed.
On-demand · live
metered

The high-leverage moments.

We show up live only where the deal is won or saved. One covered call = one credit. Allotment per tier; overage available as call packs. Revenue scales with usage, not headcount.

  • · Covered = pitch · kickoff · escalation/recovery · milestone gate. One credit per call.
  • · Unused monthly credits do not roll over. The allotment resets on the first of the month.
  • · Overage is billed monthly in arrears, itemized by call and buyer.
  • · Managed pays less per call because it already carries a larger allotment and priority scheduling.
Why higher tiers pay less per deal. The success fee is the marginal cost of a deal we helped move. Managed already pays $5,000/mo for a senior contact and a larger call allotment, so the marginal contribution per deal is smaller. Backed carries a lighter retainer, so the per-deal fee is higher. Same logic on overage calls: Managed is bulk pricing.
No long-term contract.

Month-to-month on Backed and Managed. Annual on Verified is optional and saves two months. Cancel any tier with 30 days' written notice. In-flight success fees on already-closed deals remain payable; nothing else carries over.

Badge on cancellation.

Cancelling downgrades the badge to Verified for the paid-through period, then marks the listing inactive. Cancellation is not revocation. The verification page reads "membership lapsed," not "revoked."

Who pays whom

Prevouched only ever invoices the agency.

Never a payee on the agency–client contract. Never a handler of delivery payment. The buyer pays the agency directly, the agency pays Prevouched. Every billing flow, contract template, and database column in our system is built to keep it that way.
