Changelog
Every change, dated. In writing.
The rubric, the policies, and the directory all evolve. Prevouched publishes every material change with a date and the version it ships under. Vetted agencies are notified directly when a change requires re-attestation.
- 2026-07-14Directory 1.7Directory
Historical revocations backfilled and made publicly readable.
- 01Two historical cases published to the revocation ledger: Meridian Dev Group (suspended, milestone slippage) and Helios Labs (revoked, material misrepresentation on past work).
- 02Public-read RLS updated so suspended and revoked listings resolve on /verify and /directory/revocations even after de-listing.
- 03Verification page for a revoked badge now returns the same status via the JSON API and the SVG badge. No divergence between surfaces.
- 2026-07-02Product 1.8Product
Applicant confirmation email sent on every public form.
- 01Every intake, intro request, and contact message now sends a written confirmation to the sender with expected response timing.
- 02Confirmations are transactional-only (no marketing) and sent from notify.prevouched.com.
- 03Owner notifications continue in parallel; both use the same idempotency key to prevent duplicates on retry.
- 2026-06-28Policy 2026-06Policy
Reviewer panel published; recusal policy formalized.
- 01Three panel seats (managing reviewer, senior technical reviewer, references & communications reviewer) are now listed on the About page.
- 02Any reviewer with prior commercial ties to an applicant recuses; a second seat signs the file in their place.
- 03The verification page will surface 'reviewer of record' on the next file-detail iteration.

Embed badge variants published; lazy-load fixed.
- 01Three official badge variants (compact, standard, full) with copy-paste snippets on the embed page.

- 2026-05-22Directory 1.5Directory
Intro-request response SLA now public on every listing.
- 01Each directory listing shows median first-response time over the trailing 30 days.

Success-fee attribution codes published in plain language.
- 01prevouched_sourced, liaison_assisted, and agency_sourced are now defined on the pricing page and in the glossary.

Where these changes land
Rubric changes hit the scorecard. Policy changes hit the contract.
