Apply to be vetted

You aren't enrolling. You're being admitted.

The intake below is screen one. Clearing it moves you into the full five-pillar audit, graded against the published rubric. Most decisions return within two to four weeks of a complete evidence pack. Outcomes are always in writing, with rubric scores attached: pass, pass with remediation, or decline.

What happens next

Six stages. Published durations. Written outcomes.

  1. S-01
    1–3 business days
    Intake screen

A reviewer reads the application against the disqualifying screen. Most rejections happen here, in writing, with the gap named.

  2. S-02
    ~1 week to assemble
    Evidence request

If you clear intake, we send a per-pillar evidence checklist. Nothing is graded until the pack is complete; partial submissions pause the clock.

  3. S-03
    1 week
    Technical & past-work review

Two senior engineers read code references and shipped artifacts. A live exercise is invoked only for borderline scores.

  4. S-04
    1 week
    Reference calls

Liaison runs the standardized script with three of your references. Call notes are filed verbatim.

  5. S-05
    3 business days
    Communications & security

Writing sample, live call segment, security artifacts, sample MSA. Legal review on contracts only at Managed tier.

  6. S-06
Within 2 business days of S-05
    Decision

Pass with tier, pass with remediation, or decline with the specific criteria that fell short. All outcomes in writing, with rubric scores attached.
