The badge is only useful if it can be taken away. This is the public log of every Prevouched badge currently suspended or revoked. It updates the moment status changes. The same ledger the individual verification pages read from.

Suspended
A live QA event or overdue re-vetting cleared our suspension threshold. The badge stops verifying as active until the finding is resolved. Not a permanent judgment.
Revoked
A permanent withdrawal. The agency may not display or reference the Prevouched badge again without applying from scratch, and the badge page permanently reads "revoked".
Expired
Re-vetting was not completed within the annual window. The badge is no longer active. Listing stays public so old embeds cannot pass as current — a lapsed badge is still a pulled badge.
